Sabina Silver Corporation (Sabina) has 100% interest in the Hackett River Project subject to a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty payable to Cominco Mining Partnership (comprised of Teck Cominco Metals Ltd. and Cominco Nova Scotia Company). Etruscan Resources Inc. retains a 10% Net Profit Interest capped at a penultimate total of $2 million.


The Hackett River Property is located in Nunavut about 480 kilometres (km) northeast of Yellowknife and about 75 km south of a potential deep-water port on the Bathurst Inlet.
