| The Hawk Property was acquired by Redcorp Ventures Ltd. in late 2001. Redcorp holds a 100% interest in the 7 claims totaling 98 units (2450 ha) which make up the property. |

The Hawk gold-copper property is located in the Omineca mountains of north central British Columbia, 310 km northwest of the city of Prince George (Figure 1) and lies on NTS map sheet 94C/04. The Hawk Property is easily accessible by vehicle via existing all-weather logging roads from either Mackenzie or Fort St. James.

There are two types of mineralized occurrences at Hawk; structurally controlled gold-silver+/-copper bearing veins and stockworks hosted by both syenite and granite, and disseminated copper bearing zones in syenite. The gold zones have been the focus of most of the past work.
