| ollowing the recommendation of Senior Geologist Marco Fernandez-Concha, on February 20, 2007, Network Exploration Ltd staked (via an agreement with a Peruvian third party) its 100% interest in the 1600 hectare Pistala property at the ministry of Mines in Lima Peru. |

The Pistala project is located east of the major NW-SE trending Incapquio fault system in the Department of Tacna, Southern Peru. The property lies in the same metallogenic belt region as other world class deposits of South America. The property is situated in an area accessible by a frequently traveled gravel road and access to water and power is nearby, if required.

These mines are located approximately 150KM North West of the property, are in full production, and are mining copper at grades ranging from .3% to .74%
First phase exploration (completed December 20, 2007) consisted of surveying, mapping, and surface sampling designed to develop a general understanding of the geology of the Pistala project.
