| Nirek Resources Inc. announced on april 1, 2007 the signature of a letter of Intent (LOI) to acquire a 49% undivided working interest in the Tamarack gold producer from Millstream Mines Ltd.(TSX VENTURE:MLM). The gold property is located in the state of Montana, USA.
