The Montclerg Project is located in the southeastern part of Clergue Township, adjoining parts of Stock and Walker townships, approximately 48 km northeast of the town of Timmins, Ontario. The property consists of 25 contiguous claim units covering approximately 402 hectares.

The Property contains two gold-bearing zones, the first one being the historic Monclercg deposit, discovered in 1938 and sporadically explored since that date. It is the most significant gold mineralization discovered to date and is hosted within deformed and hydrothermally altered mafic volcanic rocks north of the Pipestone Fault.
