The Elmtree property is located near Alcida in the county of Gloucester, New Brunswick, approximately 25 kilometres by road to the North West of the town of Bathurst, NB. The property is easily accessible to the west by a network of roads up to the settlement of Alcida or from the East via the Laplante settlement. The core of the property is accessed by several logging roads.
