of agreement for a
joint venture with
CGA Mining Limited.

Eagle and CGA will set up a joint venture vehicle to
explore the licences and develop the Mkushi project,
holding 49% and 51% interests respectively. |

The Mkushi copper project is located close to the southern limb of the Zambian copperbelt approximately 60 kilometres from the regional centre of Kapiri Mposhi and 250 kilometres north of the State capital of Lukasa.

The region is underlain by gneisses, schists and quartzite horizons of the Basement Supergroup, intruded by
syn-to-post tectonic granites, aplites and pegmatites which host the Mkushi copper mineralization. The Mkushi
deposit is not on the well-known Zambian Copperbelt.
