The Mount Hinton property is operated by Yukon Gold Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Yukon Gold Corporation, Inc., subject to the terms of an option agreement with a private group,
the Hinton Syndicate. Yukon Gold must make scheduled cash payments and perform certain
work commitments to earn a 75% interest subject to a 2% Net Smelter Return royalty in favor of
the property vendor. |
