The property consists of approximately 18,000 acres of prospective mining land held under a combination of 135 crown grants, 132 mineral claims, 14 mining licenses, 8 cell mineral claims and 12 fee simple lots.

The Copper Mountain alkalic porphyry copper-gold camp is part of a northerly trending Mesozoic tectonostratigraphic terrane termed Quesnellia, composed of a volcanic arc with overlying sedimentary sequences, all of which were built on top of a deformed, oceanic sedimentary-volcanic complex.
