Amerigo Declares Semi-Annual Dividend

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA � July 25/CNW/ - Amerigo Resources Ltd. (TSX:ARG, the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company�s board of directors declared a semi-annual dividend of Cdn 6.5 cents per share, payable on September 5, 2008 to shareholders of record on August 22, 2008, the seventh consecutive semi-annual dividend declared by the Company.
