Namibia Update
Helio Resource Corp. (TSX-V: HRC) ("Helio" or the "Company") announces that its agreement with TransAfrican Minerals Limited (see news release dated March 13, 2008) has been terminated. The Company will continue to seek partners for its projects in Namibia. Helio will continue to focus on developing the SMP Gold Project in Tanzania, where three diamond drill rigs are currently drilling at the Kenge and Porcupine Targets (see recent news release dated July 2 and July 21, 2008).
