$750,000 NON-BROKERED FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT
July 14, 2008: New Nadina Explorations Limited (the "Company") is undertaking a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $750,000 issuing flow-through shares at a price of $0.23 per share. A finder's fee may be payable in connection with this private placement.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for continued exploration on the Company's Monument Diamond project at Lac de Gras NT. The current program will commence August 1, 2008 with one drill delineating the Bling pipe while extracting a 2 tonne sample for caustic fusion analyses for Diamond content. The second drill will initially test several land based targets recently developed.
The placement is subject to all necessary regulatory approvals.
