Comments on Allana Potash in
The Energy Report
August 12, 2011
Investor Cubed is pleased to forward an interview with Streetwise Reports' Richard Kelertas, a senior analyst at Dundee Securities, with comments on Allana Potash (AAA - TSX.V).
Fed by rising food prices and increased fertilizer demand, potash juniors and producers could ride high for the next two-and-a-half years, says Richard. In this exclusive interview with The Energy Report, he separates the promising prospects from the companies that may not be able to get up to speed before global demand is satisfied.
Richard Kelertas' Comments:"Allana Potash may have its open-pit mine in Ethiopia up and running in early 2014. You will probably see only 300,000-500,000 Mts. of potash come out of that operation in 2014, and it probably won't be fully ramped up for 1 Bts. until 2015-2016. . .Allana, which would probably be the first greenfield operation to come on-line, could be producing by sometime in 2014. . .There will be, we believe, another run up going into 2012-2013 on stock prices. . .That includes Allana."
