(the "Company" or "North Atlantic") (News - Market indication) is pleased to announce that at a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on February 16, 2011 the Shareholders passed a resolution to amend the Company's Articles to change the name of the Company to Legend Gold Corp. Effective today, North Atlantic Resources Ltd. will be named Legend Gold Corp ("Legend Gold"). Legend Gold Corp. will begin trading under the symbol "LGN" at the opening of trading Friday, February 18, 2011 on the TSX Venture exchange.
