("Thundermin") (News - Market indicators) announces that, as a result of a regulatory review, it has re-filed its unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2010 to include a statement that an auditor has not performed a review of such statements. Thundermin, however, did make such disclosure in its accompanying MD&A for the period. Thundermin's unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2010 otherwise remain unchanged.
