In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Marengo Mining Limited (TSX:MRN)(News - Market indicators)(POMSoX:MGO) wishes to advise that Mr Dennis Wilkins has resigned as joint Company Secretary and Mr Mark Churchward has been appointed to the role, effective immediately.
