Brigadier Gold (TSX-V: BRG) Announces Increase in Private Placement from up to $1-million to up to a maximum of $1.5 million
October 25, 2010 (Toronto, Ontario) ? Brigadier Gold Limited (BRG-TSXV)
today announced an increase to the private placement it announced on October 13th in which it proposed to raise up to $1-million by way of a private placement to further finance the first portion of the exploration program for the option on the Incamaya property and general corporate purposes. This amount has been increased to a maximum of $1.5 million. The private placement will consist of the issuance of units at a price of $0.18 unit, where each unit consists of one common share, and one-half of a common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one common share over a one-year period at a price of $0.25 per common share. In the event that the common shares close at a price in excess of $0.70 for 20 consecutive trading days, Brigadier may reduce the exercise period to 30 days after giving notice of same.
