      10-11 - Cornerstone announces appointment to the Board of
      Directors

Mount Pearl, NL, Canada:   Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc.
(TSXV-CGP) (F-GWN) (B-GWN) (OTC-CTNXF) announces that Beverley A. Evans
is joining its board of directors, effective immediately.   Ms. Evans
is a St. John's-based chartered accountant with over 20 years
experience in senior management roles with FPI Limited, a TSX-listed
global seafood company, and Ernst and Young.   As CFO and Corporate
Secretary for FPI, Ms. Evans was responsible for corporate finance,
foreign investment and consolidation strategy, financial compliance for
public company reporting, IT and human resources.  She also played a
key role in executing the corporation's strategic business plans as it
transitioned from operator to holding company.

Glen McKay, Chairman of Cornerstone, stated, "Cornerstone is very
pleased to welcome Ms. Evans to the board of directors.  We look
forward to benefiting from her knowledge and expertise in finance,
business development and human resources to strengthen those
disciplines at the board level."

Cornerstone has granted Ms. Evans an option to acquire up to 200,000
shares of the company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a
period of five years.

Other News
On June 8, 2010 the Company issued 555,000 stock options to directors,
managers and staff. These stock options were issued at $0.15 per share
and are exercisable for a period of five years.
