Management  Changes

21   August   2015:   Brisbane,   Australia   -   Citigold   Corporation   Limited   ("Citigold"   or  "Company")   (ASX:CTO)   is   pleased   to   advise   that   it   has   made   changes   to   the  corporate  management  structure.  

The  Company  herewith  advises  that  the  role  of  Chief  Financial  Officer  (CFO),  will  be  handled  by  Mr  Greg  Harding,  the  Company's  current  external  accountant.    Greg  is  a  Fellow  CPA  with  over  thirty  five  years  business  experience,  with  20  of  those  years  in  the   resources   sector   with   listed   companies.     He   has   had   heavy   involvement   in  preparing  feasibility  studies,  developing  projects  and  operating  mines.  
Citigold  is  further  pleased  to  advise  that  Mr  Francis  Rigby  has  been  appointed  as  full  time   Company   Secretary.   Francis   has   a   Bachelor   of   Economics,   recently   with   over  fourteen   years   as   a   professional   Financial   Advisor.   In   addition   to   the   usual  regulatory,   Board   support   and   compliance   role   of   a   Company   Secretary   it   is  envisioned  that  over  time  his  role  will  expand  to  include  being  the  whole  of  business  Chief  Risk  Manager.    
Both   these   professional   skill   sets   will   be   very   important   to   the   Company's   planned  aggressive   growth.     Over   the   last   few   months   the   Gibsons   business   consultant's  strategic   planning   sessions,   with   the   Citigold   team,   have   identified   personnel   areas  that  need  to  be  strengthened.    
Mr   John   Haley   has   resigned   his   part   time   dual   positions   for   personal   reasons   and  Citigold  sincerely  thanks  John  for  his  valuable  contribution.
