The Company announced on 18 March 2015 that it had received written confirmation from the Australian Taxation Office in regards to the issue of generating and utilising franking credits from the proceeds of a potential disposal of its Syrah shares, and within that announcement it highlighted what the Company would need to do in order to generate sufficient franking credits to pay a fully franked dividend.
