69.2 Metres of Uranium Mineralization in First Hole of Midwest NE Summer Drill Program

Terra Ventures (TSX-V:TAS) is pleased to release outstanding results from the first drill hole of the Roughrider Zone summer drill program (http://www.terrauranium.com/nr2008-07-08.htm). This hole is the first hole of a planned 15 hole program scheduled this summer on the Midwest Northeast property. Terra Ventures holds a 10% production carried interest in the property; not having to contribute any exploration expense untill a bankable feasibility study is established. (http://www.terrauranium.com/nr2008-05-21.htm) chemical assay results from this project that included the following u3o8 intersections: 15m grading 10.02% including 2m at 43.85%, 9m grading 10.06% including 3m at 22.72%, and 9.5m grading 2.60% including 2m at 10.39%. This news release also makes note that the primary drill target, established by the current exploration model, is yet to be drill tested. This is an area where the principal cross-cutting uranium bearing structures intersect the unconformity. These results follow previous chemical assays that include: 11.9m grading 5.29% u3o8; 1.7m grading 6.05% Ni; 0.5m grading 17.22% Ni; 2.0m grading 1.17% Co; 1.0m grading 1.92% Co; 3.6m grading 0.34% Cu; 3.0m grading 0.21% Cu; 3.0m grading 0.59% Mo; 0.6m grading 2.35%Mo; 4.2m grading 0.54%Mo.
