Rodinia Acquires Additional Claims around Workman Creek Uranium Deposit

Vancouver, British Columbia�. Rodinia Minerals Inc. (�Rodinia� or the �Company�) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement (the �Agreement�) with Hawk Uranium Inc. of Toronto, Ontario, to acquire a 100% interest in and to 69 claims (the �Claims�) in Gila County, Arizona. In consideration of 125,000 common shares (the �Shares�) to be issued by Rodinia, Hawk Uranium will transfer an undivided 100% right, title and interest in and to the Claims, which are contiguous to the Company�s Workman Creek Project.
The Agreement with Hawk Uranium is subject to regulatory approvals.
Rodinia is a junior resource company that intends to respond to opportunities in uranium exploration and development in the United States.
