RJK ACQUIRES PIVOTAL MINERAL TENURE IN BLACKWATER CAMP

September 24, 2013 Kirkland Lake, Ontario: RJK Explorations Ltd. (TSX Venture: RJX.A) (the ?Company?) wishes to announce that the Company has purchased a 100% interest in a 466 hectare mineral tenure, located in the evolving Blackwater Gold Silver Camp, North Central BC. This mineral tenure is contiguous to RJK?s Blackwater West Property as well as RJK?s South 1 Property, allowing both these claim groups to now be consolidated into one large claim group totaling approximately 11,457 hectares. The combined claim groups border on the north, east and south of Independence Gold?s 3T?s property and to the west and south of New Gold Inc.?s Blackwater/Davidson multi million ounce bulk tonnage gold property.

In consideration of this purchase, a total one time cash payment of $4,000 was paid, no shares were issued and there is no residual royalty.
