      Nanika Adds More Property at Red Cliff

September 25, 2009 Nanika Resources Inc. (TSXV-NKA and FSE-C7X) is
pleased to announce it has entered into an agreement to purchase an
additional 13 mineral claims located in the Stewart Mining Camp.

These claims are in addition to the acquisition of claims that were
announced by Nanika by news release on September 18, 2009 and on
September 24, 2009. (available at http://www.nanikaresources.com).

The claims consist of 803 acres that are directly adjacent to or are
within approximately 400 meters of the Decade Resources Inc. - Red
Cliff Project.

By news release on September 14, 2009 Decade Resources Inc. announced
drilling results of 28.4 meters of 7.3 grams per tonne of gold,
including 3.66 meters of 24.05 grams per tonne of gold at the Red Cliff
Project.

Nanika has agreed to pay $60,000 and issue 200,000 shares in
consideration for 100% of the 13 mineral claims. There is no royalty
payable. The purchase agreement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval.

Derrick Strickland, P. Geo., a qualified person under National
Instrument 43-101 has reviewed the technical content of this release.
