VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2011) - EurOmax Resources Limited (News - Market indicators)(PINK SHEETS:EOXFF) ("EurOmax" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. William P. Armstrong, P. Eng., has joined the Company's technical advisory board effective immediately.
Mr. Armstrong is a geological engineer with Bachelors and Masters of Applied Science degrees from the University of British Columbia and over 40 years of experience in the exploration and evaluation of base and precious metals projects. He retired from Teck Cominco Ltd. in 2006, where he held the position of General Manager, Resource Evaluation. In that role he was responsible for compilation and review of all mineral reserves and resources for Teck Cominco and, prior to that, Cominco Ltd. Throughout his career, he was actively involved in numerous feasibility studies that brought many new mines into production, notably the Highland Valley Copper and Polaris operations in Canada and the Quebrada Blanca mine in Chile.
Mr. Armstrong is currently a director of Taseko Mines Ltd.

The Company also reports that it has issued 900,000 stock options to various consultants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options have been issued subject to regulatory approval and are exercisable at $0.35 per share with a five year term.
