Santoy Adjusts Previously Announced $1.0 Million Private
Placement

Santoy Resources Ltd. (TSX.V:SAN) announces that it will not be
proceeding with the previously announced $1.0 million non-brokered
private placement to issue 1,886,792 units at $0.53 per unit with each
unit consisting of one common share and a one share purchase warrant
exercisable at $0.66 for a two year period. The Company is now
proceeding with a $1.0 million non-brokered private placement which
will consist of 2,380,952 units at a price of $0.42 per unit. Each
units will consist of one common share and a one half share purchase
warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will be exercisable for one
common share at a price of $0.52 for a period of 12 months.
Accordingly, this proposed financing will replace the financing
proposed in the Company's August 10, 2007 news release.

This proposed financing is the final condition of the closing of the
Blizzard Uranium transaction announced in a Company news release June
13, 2007 wherein a private placement in Santoy was to be offered to
Anthony Beruschi et al. The financing is subject to regulatory
approval.

Any shares issued under this placement will be subject to a hold period
of four months plus one day from the date of closing of the offering.
No finder's fees or commissions are payable in respect of this
financing. The proceeds will be used for exploration of the Company's
uranium exploration properties and for general working purposes.
