ADY Rights Offer Results

Admiralty will raise approximately $4.85M to advance the Mariposa and Soberana iron ore projects towards production and continue the exploration programmes at Harper South and Pampa Tololo in Chile.

Admiralty Resources NL's 1-for-5 pro-rata non-renounceable Rights Offer closed at 5:00 pm AEST on Tuesday, 1 May 2012 and the Board of Directors are pleased the Rights Offer has been well supported by shareholders, resulting in the issue of 59,415,507 shares at an issue price of $0.045 per share.

As a result of the Rights Offer, Admiralty will raise approximately $4.85M. The final amount of funds raised will be advised on completion of the allotment under the Underwriting Agreement.
