DEVENS, Mass. (AP) _ American Superconductor Corp. (AMSC) on Thursday reported a loss of $6.4 million in its fiscal third quarter.
On a per-share basis, the Devens, Massachusetts-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents. Losses, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 11 cents per share.
The wind turbine component maker posted revenue of $21.3 million in the period.
For the current quarter ending in March, American Superconductor said it expects revenue in the range of $23 million to $25 million.
The company expects full-year revenue in the range of $68 million to $70 million.
The company's shares closed at 78 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.43.
