Majescor and Azimut Outline 392 High-Priority Uranium Targets at
South Rae, Nunavik, Quebec - Stake Additional 22,000 Hectares
Montreal,
QC, February 27, 2008. Majescor Resources Inc. ("Majescor")
(MAJ: TSX-V) and Azimut Exploration Inc. ("Azimut")
(AZM: TSX-V) are pleased to report that they have received
additional encouraging results from their 2007 exploration program at the South
Rae property, located in the Ungava Bay region of Nunavik, northern
Quebec. A detailed analysis of the 5,195 line-km airborne radiometric survey
conducted over the property in the fall of 2007, subsequent to the initial
ground exploration work, has defined 392 "high-priority"
uranium targets for follow-up investigation. These form 52
distinct anomaly clusters. Of particular interest is the fact that the
strongest uranium anomalies on the property are found to the North of the 30
km-long prospective corridor outlined in 2007. Reconnaissance sampling
within this corridor had returned 94 sites on outcrop
with assays ranging from 0.01% U3O8 up to 0.65% U3O8.
In order to protect the new uranium anomaly clusters, the partners have staked
an additional 483 map-designated claim cells ("CDCs"), bringing the
total surface area of the South Rae property to 2,563 CDCs covering 1,180 km2
(please visit http://www.majescor.com/uranium-south-rae.htm for a location map
of the South Rae property).
Plans are
currently underway to secure and mobilise a heliportable core drill rig to the
property. The best ground targets at South Rae will be drill-tested in 2008.
Marc-Andr
Bernier, President and CEO of Majescor states: "The identification of
multiple uranium anomaly clusters outside of the 30 km-long prospective
corridor outlined in 2007 is further evidence of the vast untapped uranium
potential of the South Rae property and of the broader South Rae property area.
Early stage regional exploration is pointing to the presence of an emerging
uranium district in Canada. Now that the development of our Mistassini
uranium property, has been entrusted to Strateco Resources
Inc. (earlier this month we
announced a 17 m drill
core intersection grading 0.20% U3O8), Majescor can focus on pursuing, in partnership with
Azimut, the 392 high-priority uranium targets at South Rae along
with the 71 high-priority
targets at our West Minto property."
The following table summarizes the airborne
radiometric anomalies which have been outlined for ground follow-up at the
South Rae property by MB Geosolutions of Quebec-city, an independent
geophysical consultant.

Property
Block DEFG is clearly the top priority area at South Rae,
returning the most high-priority uranium targets (281). MB Geosolutions defined
18 uranium clusters in block DEFG, 15 of which are found to the
North of the 30 km-long prospective uranium corridor outlined on the property
in 2007.
A
comprehensive work program comprising of prospecting, sampling, and mapping, to
be followed by core drilling, is currently being planned for the South Rae
property in 2008. It is designed to
follow-up on the known mineralized trends, as well as to evaluate all the
high-priority uranium anomalies outlined from both the airborne radiometric
survey and the detailed lake-bottom geochemical survey, the results of which
are pending. A structural study of remotely-sensed imagery has also been
commissioned over the property.
Mineralized facies at South Rae are pegmatitic
dykes and granitic gneisses which are generally conformable to the regional
foliation. Majescor and Azimut are targeting a Rssing-type, large tonnage,
intrusion-related uranium deposits amenable to open pit mining. Majescor can
acquire up to 65% interest in the property from Azimut by fulfilling its option
agreement.
This press release was approved by Zoran

Majescor
et Azimut Identifient 392 Cibles Prioritaires pour l'Uranium sur
Rae-Sud, au Nunavik - 22 000 hectares additionnels jalonns
Montral, QC - le 27 fvrier 2008 - Ressources
Majescor inc. ( Majescor ou la Socit )
(TSX-V : MAJ) et Exploration Azimut inc. ( Azimut )
