NunaMinerals A/S' Chief Executive Officer resigns

Chief Executive Officer of NunaMinerals A/S, Ole Christiansen, has informed the Board of Directors that he wishes to resign as the company's Chief Executive Officer. Ole Christiansen will continue as the company's Chief Executive Officer during his notice period of 12 months and the resignation will thus have effect from 1 February 2016 unless otherwise agreed with Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors also refers to the company's financial situation, as recently reported at the Company's extraordinary general meeting on 29 January 2015, as well as the fact that the loans granted by the Greenlandic Government and Greenland Holding A/S with maturity date end of January 2015 have not yet been extended.

The Board of Directors is considering the situation of the company and will report its decision as soon as possible.
