Tarsis Announces $1,000,000 Financing
Tarsis Resources Ltd. (TSXV: TCC) (?Tarsis? and ?the Company?) is pleased to announce that it has agreed to complete a non-brokered private placement of 4 million units (?Units?) at $0.25 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1 million, subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange. Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 18 months at a price of $0.50 per common share.
The financing was recently reserved with the TSX Venture Exchange and will be taken up by a group of strategic investors who have been long-term supporters of exploration companies such asTarsis in the past, both financially, and by assisting with growth strategies and contact networks.
The financing proceeds will be used for mineral exploration in the Yukon and Mexico, the review of new projects, and general corporate purposes. Finder?s fees of 7% cash and 7% warrants may be paid on a portion of these offerings.
