Silver Quest Announces 23m of 9.14g/t gold and 15m of
9.30g/t gold intercepts at Davidson Gold Project, BC

Vancouver, BC - Silver Quest Resources (TSX.V: SQI) ("Silver
Quest" or "the Company") is pleased to report drill results from
eight holes (BW 141 through BW 148) drilled to expand the resources on the
Davidson Gold Project, a joint venture with Richfield Ventures Corp., which is
the operator of the joint venture. Silver Quest has a 25% interest in the joint
venture. The project is approximately 110 kilometres
southwest of Vanderhoof, BC. The eight holes reported
here are holes six through fourteen in the current 20,000 metre
drill campaign.
The best results were 23 metres of 9.14 grams/tonne ("g/t") gold in hole
BW 141 and 15 metres of 9.30 g/t gold in hole BW 146.
Gold mineralization is seen in every hole with BW 146 returning an intersection
of 378 metres grading 1.09 g/t Au.
BW 141, BW 143 and BW 148, were drilled in the northeast of the historical Gold
Zone. Two holes, BW 144 and BW 147, were drilled in the centre of the joint
venture property. Three further holes, BW 142, BW 145 and BW 146, were drilled
in the northwest. BW 142 and BW 145 were drilled from the same location, and
both were abandoned because of drilling difficulties. All eight holes
were drilled vertically.

Widths reported are drill widths, true widths are unknown. Assays are uncut,
length-weighted averages. Drilling in the eight holes totaled 2,466.8 metres, with composited sections that averaged 0.3 g/t Au
and better totaling 1,505 metres, which is approximately
61% of the total drilling. Out of a total 2,269 samples, approximately 46%
(1,041 samples) returned values above 0.3 g/t Au.
