      Logan Resources Announces $325,000 Private Placement

Vancouver, BC, June 5, 2009 - Logan Resources Ltd. (TSXV:LGR) ("The Company") today announced a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 6,500,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $325,000 (the "Offering").  The Units will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant (a "Warrant").  Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one common share at a price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years.

The Company may, in appropriate circumstances, pay finder's fees in connection with the Offering.  The Offering is subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance. All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date. The proceeds from the Offering will be used for general working capital.
