PARIS--(Marketwire - March 29, 2012) - La Mancha Resources Inc. (TSX: LMA) (hereinafter "La Mancha" or the "Company") today announced that Alan Peltz and Sébastien de Montessus have resigned from its board of directors, for personal reasons. The board of directors of La Mancha would like to thank Messr. Peltz and de Montessus for their valuable contributions to the Company over the last four years.

The Company also announced the appointment of Olivier Wantz as a director. Mr. Wantz joined the AREVA group in 2005 as Chief Financial Officer of the subsidiary AREVA NP. He was named Senior Executive Vice President, Operations Support and a member of the Executive Board in July 2011. In 2010, he was appointed Senior Executive Vice President of Engineering & Projects. More recently, he was appointed as Senior Executive Vice President of the AREVA Mining Business Group.

The other vacancy will be filled by the board of directors of the Company in due course.
