Harvest Natural Resources Announces Director Change
HOUSTON, April 7, 2008, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) today announced that board member John U. Clarke has decided that he will not stand for re-election at Harvest's annual stockholder meeting on May 15, 2008, due to other time commitments. Mr. Clarke has been a member of the Harvest board since his appointment in October 2000. Mr. Clarke will continue to serve on the Harvest board until the 2008 annual stockholder meeting, which is the end of his current term.
