Mar. 29, 2010 Nev., USA: Western Lithium Corporation (TSX-V: WLC; PK: WLCDF) announces that it will form an Advisory Committee to consult with the Board of Directors on the development of Western Lithium’s Kings Valley Lithium Project.
The committee will be comprised of leading experts in the technical, commercial and financial fields, who can contribute to the advancement of the project. Pamela Klessig has resigned from the Board of Directors of Western Lithium, effective immediately, and will become the first member of the Advisory Committee. Ms. Klessig was instrumental in the spinout of Western Lithium from Western Uranium Corporation, and acted as Western Lithium’s founding President and Chief Executive Officer immediately following the spinout in 2008. She has served on the Western Lithium board since its inception and will continue to provide valuable counsel and expertise as a member of the Advisory Committee. Ms. Klessig’s primary focus will be to continue her role as President, CEO and a Director of Western Uranium.
