Serengeti Announces Investor Relations Contracts

Vancouver, B.C., April 01, 2010: Serengeti Resources Inc. (SIR: TSX-V; 34S: FSE) wishes to announce it has retained the services of two contractors for the purpose of providing investor relations and international media coverage, in anticipation of upcoming results from the Company's 2010 drill program at Kwanika.

The Company has retained Andreas Curkovic and GEO Capital to provide investor relations in North America as well as AXINO AG to expand the Company's shareholder communications efforts into Europe. GEO Capital is based in Toronto, Canada and is focused on providing investor relations support to public companies in the mining and natural resources sectors. The principal of GEO Capital, Martti E. Kangas, partnered by the skill set of Andreas Curkovic, offers seasoned investor relations support to Serengeti. AXINO of Stuttgart, Germany is a full service investor relations agency providing an extensive network of contacts to create and support a strong European shareholder following. "As President and CEO of AXINO, I see this as an excellent opportunity for Serengeti to increase and diversity their shareholder base," stated Wolfgang Seybold.

These consultants have agreed to provide these services and report to the Company on a monthly basis for initial term of six months for modest remuneration. These agreements are subject to regulatory approval and all terms will be subject to and in accordance with the policies and rules of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company also announces it has agreed to grant an aggregate of 300,000 incentive stock options to the consultants exercisable at a price of $0.36 for a period of two (2) years from the date of grant. These options are granted subject to the Company's Stock Option Plan, which contains vesting provisions such that 25% of the options are available upon the date of grant and 25% become available every six months thereafter.

Serengeti is a mineral exploration company managed by an experienced team of professionals with a solid track record of discovery. The Company is focused on the advancement of its Kwanika copper-gold project located in the Quesnel Trough of British Columbia. The aggregate mineral resources at Kwanika combining the South and Central Zone total 1.1 billion pounds of copper and 1.6 million ounces of gold in the Indicated category, plus 1.0 billion pounds of copper and 0.5 million ounces of gold in the Inferred category all estimated at a 0.25% copper-equivalent (CuEq) cut-off grade.
