Mansfield Announces Investor Relations Contract

Mansfield Minerals Inc. (�Mansfield� or the �Company�) announces that it has retained the services of Sigorex Management GMBH to provide investor relations and media coverage in Europe.  The Company has executed a consulting agreement with Sigorex providing for monthly payments of �5,000 (EUR) and an initial set-up fee of �10,000 (EUR) for a one year term.  In addition, the Company has granted Sigorex a stock option to purchase up to 100,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $1.30 for a one year period, pursuant to the Company�s Stock Option Plan which contains vesting provisions such that 25% of the options become available every three months.  Both the consulting agreement and the stock option grant are subject to regulatory approval.

Sigorex advises that it indirectly holds 45,100 common shares of Mansfield and that it may acquire or dispose of securities of Mansfield in the future.
