Bolero Resources Corp. Announces Management Appointments
March 26th, 2008, Vancouver, BC, Canada - Bolero Resources Corp. (the "Company" or "Bolero"), (TSX-V: BRU), (FRANKFURT: U7N) is pleased to announce the following management appointments effective March 26th, 2008 as follows:
Mr. R. Bruce Duncan, President & CEO of Bolero stated, "The quality of the management appointments announced today demonstrates the bench strength of Bolero's team. Dr. John Childs is a founder and principal in Childs and Associates, LLC, a diversified mineral exploration group. He has more than 30 years experience in metals, industrial minerals, and gemstone exploration and property evaluation. His work has contributed to discovery of significant precious metal and industrial mineral resources. Responsibilities have included all aspects of exploration and evaluation from regional reconnaissance to resource estimation. Childs has extensive open pit and underground geologic experience and wide r
anging project generation and management experience in the Americas, Europe and Asia. He also has a strong background in permitting and community outreach. He is a former Exploration Manager for Northern South America and the Caribbean for Pegasus Gold; V.P. Exploration for Lupine Minerals Corporation, a subsidiary of Aur Resources; and Exploration Manager for International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd. Dr. Childs speaks and/or reads five languages.
Dr. Don (Fess) Foster has over 30 years of primarily industry experience, most of that as a consultant in Montana. He is on the Board of Directors of the Montana Mining Association, and has extensive experience with Montana permitting and regulatory issues. His background includes exploration geology, mine permitting, environmental evaluations, project management and public/government affairs. Formerly he was Director of Geology and Environmental Affairs at Placer Dome's Golden Sunlight Mine in Montana,
and later VP of Exploration for American Bonanza Gold Mining Corp.
