Harvest Natural Resources Announces New Vice President, Business Development
HOUSTON, May 19, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- Harvest Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: HNR) toda announced that G. Michael Morgan has been elected as Vice President, Busines Development effective immediately. Mr. Morgan has served in several capacitie at Sempra Energy since 2000 including Corporate Vice President - International Vice President - Special Projects and President and General Manager - Sout America Operations.
Before joining Sempra, Mr. Morgan was Vic President Latin America New Ventures for Unocal Corporation and held variou international and domestic positions at Enron Corporation, Tenneco Corporation Shell International and Gulf Oil.
Harvest President and Chie Executive Officer, James A. Mr. Morgan hold a Bachelor of Science degree in geology from the University of Texas. H has served as a director on the board of several energy companies base in Latin America.
