INTERNATIONAL MILLENNIUM ANNOUNCES
NON-BROKERED FLOW-THROUGH PRIVATE PLACEMENT
North
Vancouver, BC: International Millennium Mining Corp. (the "Company")
announces that it has arranged a private placement of 1,700,000
flow-through units. Each unit is comprised of one (1) flow-through common
share and one (1) non-flow-through, non-transferable share purchase warrant
entitling the holder to purchase an additional share at $0.10 per share for
a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance. The units are priced
at $0.05 per unit and the placement is subject to regulatory acceptance.
The Company will use the
proceeds of this financing for exploration work on the Company's Harrison Lake properties.
