2007: The management of
Copper Canyon Resources Ltd (TSX-V:CPY)
wishes to announce that it will not be proceeding with the
proposed merger with Romios Gold Resources Inc (TSX-V:
RG) announced in Copper Canyon’s press release of April 26, 2007. Copper Canyon expects to release news within the
next few days announcing its intended exploration and related
activities for the 2007 field season.
This
news release has been reviewed and approved by Tim J. Termuende, P.Geo. hereby designated as “Qualified Persons” under National Instrument
43-101.
