VANCOUVER, March 30 /CNW/ - Copper Ridge Explorations Inc. (TSX-V:KRX) (the "Company") announces that it will conduct on a best-efforts basis, a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,500,000 units of the Company at $0.35 per unit (the "Units") to raise gross proceeds of up to $875,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.50 per share, for a term of one year from the date of issuance.

The proceeds from this private placement will be used for exploration and development of the Company's mineral properties, and for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
