MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 29, 2013) - Pro-Or Mining Resources (News - Market indicators) or Pro-Or announces that, subject to required approvals from regulatory authorities, the Company will extend the expiration date of warrants issued in respect of a private placement which closed on June 11^th, 2009 by one year.

The private placement of June 11^th 2009 represented 20 units for an amount of five thousand dollars ($ 5,000) per unit, for a total amount of $ 100,000, each unit consisting of:

1. 20,000 warrants, each warrant to purchase one (1) class "A" of the Company at a price of $ 0.35 for a period of 12 months following the closing of the Offering, subject to an accelerator clause.
   
   
2. The initial deadline of the warrants was June 11, 2010 and was followed by three warrant extension applications. The current application requests an extension to June 11^th 2014. The exercise price remains at $ 0.35.
