APPOINTMENT OF LIQUIDATOR FOR DORMANT SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Interra Resources Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Narumon Panchan has been appointed as the liquidator for the voluntary dissolution of the Company's wholly-owned Thailand subsidiary, Interra Resources (Thailand) Limited ("IRT"), with effect from today.
The voluntary dissolution of IRT is not expected to have any material impact on the net assets or earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31
December 2014.
