Potash One Appoints Douglas B. Forster, B. Sc., M.Sc., P. Geo. As A Director

Vancouver, BC, - Potash One Inc. (the "Company" or "Potash One") is pleased to announce that Douglas B. Forster has joined the Company's board of directors.

Mr. Forster brings over 27 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mine development industry to the Potash One board. He has extensive experience and a proven track record in resource project development, mergers and acquisitions, equity finance and public company management. Over the past 20 years Mr. Forster has been a founder, advisor, senior executive or director of numerous publicly traded mineral exploration and mine development companies listed on North American Stock Exchanges. Some of these includeTaseko Mines Limited, Continental Gold Corp., El Condor Resources Ltd., North American Metals Corp., Farallon Resources Ltd. and Rubicon Minerals Corp.

Mr. Forster has been involved in the acquisition, financing and advancement of a number of large-scale mine development projects in Canada including the Kemess South, Mt. Milligan and Prosperity gold-copper projects and the Kitsault molybdenum project.

Mr. Forster is currently President and CEO of Featherstone Capital Advisors Inc. which provides general corporate development, financial and capital markets advice to growth oriented companies in the mining sector. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Geology and is a registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. He is also a director of Calibre Mining Corp a gold-copper mineral exploration company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
