October 19, 2015 - Argentum Silver Corp. (ASL-V) (' Argentum' or the ' Company') advises that as a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission, we are issuing the following news release to clarify our disclosure.
The Company's technical report titled 'NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Resource Estimate on the El Tajo Zone, Coyote Project', filed on SEDAR on January 2, 2014, is not compliant with the requirements of National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, and Form 43-101. Investors should not rely on the mineral resource estimate contained therein until such time as an amended and NI 43-101 compliant technical report is completed and filed.
