Argex Releases Unaudited Financial Statements and Management's Discussion and Analysis For The Period Ended March 31, 2011

Montreal, Qu�bec � June 29, 2011 - Argex Mining Inc. (Argex) (TSX-V: RGX) (FSE: ASV) (OTCBB: ARGEF) is pleased to announce that it has filed its Financial Statements (the "Financial Statements") and the accompanying Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the quarter ending March 31, 2011. These reports are available at www.argex.ca and www.sedar.com.

As outlined in its Financial Statements and MD&A, cash and cash equivalents amounted to $4,453,670. The increase in cash and cash equivalents as at March 31, 2011 is largely attributable to the exercise of warrants, broker warrants and options. At at March 31, 2011, the Company had working capital of $5,296,348.
