MPH Ventures Arranges Private Placement

Vancouver, BC ? MPH Ventures Corp. (TSX-V: MPS) (FWB: IJA1) (the ?Company?) announces it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit to raise gross proceeds of up to $300,000.  Each unit consists of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, with each warrant to entitle the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two years at a price of $0.10 per share.

The Company may pay up to a 7.5% finder?s fee, payable in cash or units, in connection with part of this private placement offering.

MPH Ventures intends to utilize the proceeds of this private placement for the continuing development of its gold properties in the West Timmins region of northeastern Ontario and for general working capital purposes.

The Company has six highly prospective gold properties in the region west and south of Timmins including the newly acquired Godfrey Gold property located directly north of West Timmins Mining Inc?s Thunder Creek Discovery.  Proceeds will also be used for a second phase of drilling on the Raney Gold property to expand the newly discovered gold zone.  MPH Ventures will also be advancing the Big Mac and Geneva Lake projects to a drill ready stage.
