(« AtmanCo » or the « Company ») (TSX VENTURE:ATW), leader and innovator in psychometric tests' web solutions for recruitment and organizational development announces that on May 30^th, they have closed the sale of the assets from the cyberhealth division, specialized in solutions of posture and fitness, as announced February 20th 2014. The sale was made in the amount of $610 000 in cash.

"Since the cyberhealth domain doesn't reflect our company's core business, we are selling the assets in order to properly execute our strategic growth plan. The amounts received for this transaction will be invested in the development and commercialization of AtmanCo" said Michel Guay, President and CEO at AtmanCo.

The parties involved in the transaction, which are at arm's length, are AtmanCo Inc. and 9295-5905 Quebec Inc., a company owned by Sylvain Guimond, The cyberhealth division became a part of AtmanCo following the reverse takeover completed in 2012.
